So let's get started! Pull out those bras and exam them! Are the straps stretched? Do your bra cups extend out away from your body? Is the wire poking you? Are they ready for the trash? Once you go through and determine which will end up back into your drawer and which will end up in the trash, ask youself when was your last Bra fitting? If you are like most of us, it has been a while so grab your keys! Head to your favorite department store where you can get a proper professional bra fitting. I have personally had great experiences at Victoria Secret's, Macy's, and Nordstroms. Like most women, I was surprised to find out that I was not wearing the correct bra size! We asked our friend Bra and Style Expert, author of The Bra Book Jene Luciani How often should women go for a bra fitting? Once you know your correct bra size, let the shopping begin (because if you're like most women, those bra's you saved and didn't trash...aren't the right size)! Although bra's can be expensive, we feel that this is one area you should give yourself the OK to spend a little extra. However, be on the look out for sales or great deals! Currently Victoria Secret is having a Bra Sale 24%-40% off. Macy's is having a 30% off sale to name few.
