Look of the Day: B Stole Her Look...Gary Pepper Girl

This LBD fashion blog was created initially to showcase how many ways one could wear my sister Gina's jewelry.  I slowly crept my way in to the blog by creating outfits in Polyvore, styling is my passion. After having my 1st child, and even more so after my 2nd it was very important to me that I was a great mom, but also that I still held onto a little bit of myself.  I love being able to raise them and not miss out on a thing, but I promised I wouldn't let myself fall into that frumpy mom category.  I'm pretty sure I could blame my mother for this...she always looked cute and on-trend.  I feel I'm able to best conquer the days filled with crazy activities and demands while I look my best.  Most days are filled with cut off jean shorts and cotton tops, but when I know I'm not going to be sweating at the park it's a different story.

With all that being said, I'm sad to say that Gina will be closing Lotus Blossom Design's jewelry shoppe, but starting on her new venture on www.designyourreset.com.  I'm grateful for the time she let me be a part of her fashion blog.  It has been my outlet and helped confirm what I always knew...styling is my passion.  Don't worry, you're not fully getting rid of me!  I have a few more posts lined up here and I'm constantly posting pics on Instagram(@beebeevol) and on Facebook on Lotus Blossom Design's page if you'd like to stay in touch.  I have enjoyed networking with all the fellow bloggers and seeing their take on the latest trends, and how they style and restyle the classics.

The "B Stole Her Look" segment has been my favorite. So this probably being the last installment, I chose my girl crush...Nicole Warne of Gary Pepper Girl. Nicole's red Valentino ensemble is drool worthy, but not in my budget! I have had my eye on this Rooftop Garden dress from Lulu's, and although it says "bright red" in the description it is more of an orange-red. I was not disappointed though, it matches my favorite Kate Rimmel lipstick. This amazing Art Deco Leslie Danzo necklace is very Mr. Gatsby, one of my favorite scores (from TJ Maxx) and the perfect compliment to this maxi dress.
