Splurge vs. Steal

Last week I ordered these cute Tribal sandals from Target, then yesterday ShoeDazzle (who you all know I love and own tons of shoes from) posted these on Frida Tribal Sandals.  I had to go back and look at my email confirmation from Target...I think this might be the closest Splurge vs. Steal I have found to date!
