2011- A Look Back

As 2011 draws to a close, I have really enjoyed looking back at all our posts!  I always love the featured splurge vs. steals and the creative ways to put together an outfit with the oh so addicting Polyvore site.  I admit, I hem and haw way too much when using Polyvore.  Ms. SoCal and Ms. East Coast are the Poly Professionals. In fact, I even think Ms. SoCal poked fun at me when she watched me create a Polyvore- "Are you done yet?"  All in good fun though.  As I think back to all our posts, two really stick out and come to mind first.

When I think of all the Look of the Days we have published, one of my favorites was done by Gina during our TJ Maxx contest.  Her outfit blew me away and looked effortless and fabulous.  When I first saw it I thought...Damn, this B!t*# won!  I loved how the cobalt clutch added a punch of color.  To refresh your memory- Ms. East Coast

One of my favorite advice and styling posts was a feature by Ms. SoCal.  She took a simple outfit and provided multiple ways to add a punch of color.  By adding a colorful scarf and pairing it with the perfect clutch, she easily whips up five fresh outfits.  Every time I see her she is always looking fab, so her styling genius should come as no surprise.  Take a look back- Ms. SoCal
