NYE Hair & Makeup

I'm sure I've shared this with you all before b/c I'm obsessed with the hair and make up on this beauty!!! I've got the hair down with a little teaser brush, hair clip and hair spray. However, the makeup I would not attempt on my own. It would end up looking like I slept with my mascara on...you know what I mean.  I'm waiting for an evening out to try and recreate her makeup with a tutorial or better yet, Sephora here I come!
