This week I have taken on my own self experiment with my three outfit posts. It's actually an idea that I got while helping my friend Megan pack for a week long trip to her home state. We were going over outfits and jewelry she would be wearing with the hopes of not overpacking. Yeah right! Megan's trip home would include a wedding, a fun girl's night and of course chillin' with the family. I think most women tend to overpack in all categories. But this week I focused on wearing the same shoes & accessories for three outfits to help alleviate overpacking at least in these categories. Tell me how you think I did come Friday please.
Shirt: dmbm via TJ Maxx, Cardigan: J.Crew, Jeans: Current/Elliott Unrolled Boyfriend via
Gilt but similar
here, Belt: Michael Kors via TJ Maxx, Sunglasses: Chanel 5174
Ok, now here is the
set of accessories that you will see in
all three of my outfit posts this week:
Bracelets: J.Crew &
Lotus Blossom Design "Day & Night", Ring: Ebay, Earrings: "Chic Lady" from
LBD's New Ladylike Collection, Heels: KG by Kurt Geiger (sold out but love
these or
these kitten heels), Multi-Colored Snakeskin embossed Wristlet: Gift from my mom...I believe it was a free gift with purchase from Elizabeth Arden

Stunning as always. I love that color on you. Yes you did a great job at helping me not over pack. Unfortunately, I tend to throw several pieces in at the last minute. Fortunately, I was at 49 pounds with a 50 pound weight limit. ;)
ReplyDeleteOh that sweater is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteLove it! Very cute!

Thank you! I really love mint and the cardigan is warm for being so thin.
