Look Of The Day...Dreaming of The Tropics Part 2

This dress might look familiar, in March I created a Dreaming Of The Tropics post.  I just love the bright colors and the fabric is just perfect!  It is lightweight and the ruching is in all the right places to make it perfect for a little fancier of a summer party!
