Now don't get me wrong, I am far from perfect and still have a little melt down every once in a while (Ladies, you know what I am talking about) but I try to notice the signs before they start. I thought this picture was perfect at any given time during the day we can feel like any one of these images.
Here are a few of my favorite ways to gain some perspective:
1) When I feel overwhelmed I try to take a step back, take a deep breath and reassess the situation.
2) Get Healthy. I don't know about you but sticking to my workout routine and healthy eating is not always easy; but it does make me feel better mentally and physically.
3) Look at who is in your circle of influence. Remove those that cause you physical or emotional harm
