1) Monochromatic - Ms. SoCal rocked this look Monday. Make sure to add a cute belt and a dramatic necklace to keep it from looking boring.
2)Try it with a bold pattern skirt, and again a dramatic necklace adds that little extra wow.
3)Faux fur it out! The vest adds some texture and makes that plain black shirt not so plain.
